I am delighted to announce a new Jazz Club Night for singers, first session was a sell out, the second session was incredible and the third was probably the best we had so far, so there is a pattern here and all I can say is that the next one will take place in March 27th at TAP Social Venue on Curtis Lane Industrial Estate.

In our session we will learn more harmony, groove and improvisation. You’ll be working with other singers and a top Jazz band during the session. These sessions would suit community choir singers through to experienced vocalists who are new to Jazz.

Music will be Jazz focused and include Blues, Gospel & Pop music.

To make things as interactive, well-paced and fun as possible, we will be providing some learning tracks and resources online before the session, so you can get familiar with the material in your own time.

I will be leading this club alongside the wonderful pianist and composer, Tim Lapthorn. We start at 7.00pm and there will be a break around 8.20pm, finishing the session at 10pm. 

Oh, and there will be a licensed bar at the venue too! What’s not to love?!
